OLTC Transformer

We offer technologically advanced OLTC Distribution Transformers, which are on-load tap changers. This transformer is used to maintain constant voltage by changing the voltage level of the secondary winding. On-load tap changers can generally be classified as either mechanical, electronically assisted or fully electronic. If only one tap changer is needed, tap points are usually made on the high voltage or low current side of the coil to reduce current handling requirements for the contacts.

These transformers are mostly used in devices that require receiving current. It obtains current from the secondary circuit and measures the alternating circuit (A.C) with the help of contactor. They can work without any problem and transfer the current directly to the necessary circuits. It is manufactured under the supervision of expert engineer with latest technical knowledge.

PVJ POWER POWER CONTROL CENTER PANEL

The power control center is used to distribute and control various power sources used in industry. Power control centers are usually installed close to the power source and hence the error level is high. PVJ POWER COMPACT SUB STATIONS

Capacity: up to 2.5 MVA at 11kV, 22kV and 33kV.

PVJ Power’s compact substations are divided into suitable MV/LV sections and a transformer section with separate doors for each compartment. Our packaged substations are tested according to the latest IEC 62271-202 standards.

These packaged substations are designed and manufactured as per client’s customized requirements. A variety of HV/LV/VCB switchgear can be chosen and the PSS is designed accordingly. They are also designed to withstand electrical impulses, thermal and dynamic stresses.

It is fully sectioned, hence it is safe to use and requires minimal maintenance. One of the biggest advantages of using PSS is that there is no need to use power, thus it is more economical and safer than using bulky, unaesthetic cables.
