One of the companies working in the field of electricity, interested in electrical field and construction works, and importing and selling all electrical appliances, equipment and tools involved in contracting operations with individuals, companies and public entities, according to the specifications that have been approved by the General Electricity Company. It also has the right to own real estate and movables, accept commercial agencies in its field of activity, import necessary operating supplies, employ local and foreign workers and only the requirements of work movement, and to participate in any way with companies and other bodies, which practice the same activity inside and outside Libya.
